  •     First you need to understand the time estimate or time duration for speech to be delivered on the basis of that you need to be make a speech.
  •       120 Words/ Min should be used for speech writing.
  •        Use buffer time, suppose for 10-minute speech. Prepare speech for 6-7 minute and rest 3 minute for others things like mike setting and setting laptop and all.
